Updated scores/schedules have been posted.  There are a few outstanding schedule changes in the Midget division that we are working to get lined out.  I will update the schedule once these are solidified.

 

Additionally all T-Ball games that had been moved to Slaten have been moved back to Billy Miller 3.  Again we apologize for any inconvenience 

 

Also please note that the board has unanimously voted to institute a $50 penalty to any team that forfeits without 24 hours advanced notice.  This fee will be used to offset the money paid to referees.

ALL Billy Miller 3 T-Ball games are being moved to Slaten Park for the remainder of the season.

 

Due to a power outage caused by a lightning strike there will not be any lights available on Billy Miller 3, therefore we are moving all of these games to Slaten Park.

A new schedule has been posted reflecting this change.

The T-Ball schedule has had to be modified to avoid a conflict on Monday nights on Plyler field #3.  These games have been moved to Tuesday night of the same week where possible, however if an existing game conflicted with the move game some games were moved to different weeks.  SO, please check the schedule carefully as your teams could have changed significantly.

Please remember that effective immediately there will be a $25.00 fee assessed to any team that does not clean their dugout after a game.  This will be a zero tolerance policy, failure to pay the fee will result in that game being counted as a forfeit.

Due to a conflict with the city of Durant the midget games that are currently scheduled for the complex this Saturday will have to be moved to Billy Miller.  I will be updating the schedule later today to reflect this change, but in essence the games that are currently scheduled at the complex will pick up and start immeaditely after the last games are finished at Billy Miller according to the currently posted schedule.  I will updated the website again once I've posted the new schedules.

The PeeWee schedule has been completely regenerated to include a 15th team.  Due to time constraints however we will only be playing a 14 game season.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GAMES/TIMES HAVE BEEN POTENTIALLY CHANGED.  PLEASE HELP US INFORM ALL PARENTS/COACHES.

Schedules have been updated with the team names that we have.  If you find an error please send me an email with the division, wrong name and correction.

 

Please note that the TBall schedule has been completely regenerated to fix an application error that was causing games to be overlapping.

 

Also the Coach Pitch game that was schedule for April 17th between the Tishomingo Blue River Ranges and Durant Super Sluggers has been postponed due to a conflict that we were made aware of prior to schedule generation that we neglected to account for.  We will talk to both coach to find a convenient time to get this game played.

For the 2012 season rainout games will be made up the following Saturday.

For Example:

Original Game Date:  April 12th

1st Rainout Reschedule Date: April 21st

 

When possible PeeWee and Midget games will be made up at the Complex, however due to City ran tournaments this will not always be possible and those rainouts will be made up at Keithely and Billy Miller 1 respectively.
